    In 1984 at the age of 19, Scott played College Football for Legendary Head Coach Bobby Bowden at FSU. In addition, he was Ranked #1 in the State of Florida’s light-heavy weight Kick Boxing Division; his last fight being filmed by ESPN.

    During this time, he was involved in a horrific accident leaving him paralyzed from the chest down. He was diagnosed a quadriplegic, similar to the late Christopher Reeves, AKA Superman.

    After years of being persistent, determined, and committed to the phrase “You Gotta Keep Swinging,” while battling quadriplegia, Scott joined Northwestern Mutual Life as an Insurance Agent after college. During his 5th year, he qualified for the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (a 100% commission driven reward), unique only to the life insurance industry, of which only 4-6% of Scott’s peers qualify yearly! Shortly thereafter, he left the insurance industry after experiencing yet another life changing setback.

    Today he is CEO of a successful International Export Company, a Wheelchair “Murderball” Athlete and Professional Speaker. He has the ability to impact lives with thought-provoking insights, vivid stories, and a frequent dose of humor as he relives part of his life changing experiences.
