    Randy Pennington is a nationally recognized expert in leadership, change management, and values-based performance. His consulting and training firm helps organizations and their people develop strategies, skills, systems, and structures to build trust, act with integrity, encourage commitment, and empower action that meets customer needs. Randy has worked with many of this country's best-managed companies including Alabama Power Company, Brinks Home Security, Entergy, Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, and WorldCom. Additionally, he serves as an adjunct instructor in the Cox Business Leadership Center at Southern Methodist University.

    Pennington is a frequent radio talk show guest/commentator. His ideas and comments on integrity, trust, and commitment have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, Entrepreneur, Executive Excellence, on CNN, Fox News, and in numerous professional and trade association journals. His first book, On My Honor, I Will, received endorsements from President Gerald Ford, Zig Ziglar, and Stephen Covey, Ph.D. He is also a featured columnist for The Meeting Professional.

    Randy's background is a unique blend of line, staff, and consulting experiences ranging from hourly employee to senior management. He holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Psychology and completed Postgraduate work in Organization Administration and Management. He was the 1998-99 Chairman of the Board for the American Heart Association, Texas Affiliate. Randy has been a member of the National Speakers Association since 1988 and earned the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation in 1996.
