Payment In order to guarantee your seat, payment must be received prior to the beginning of the class. Payment may be made with a VISA, MasterCard, or American Express card. Cancellations and Refunds In the event that you must cancel or reschedule, you must notify MicroSmart five business days prior to the class. Cancellation made within five days of the scheduled class will be charged the full amount of the invoice. Upon payment, the student may reschedule to take the same course, on a space available basis, at no additional charge. MicroSmart makes every attempt to teach every class on its public schedule. However, at times it may be necessary to reschedule or cancel classes. In that event, MicroSmart will attempt to provide students with ample notice of such changes.
