As a specialist in the areas of workforce diversity, team-building and gender communication, and having experience in distance learning, she has regularly appeared on ASTN (Automotive Satellite Training Network), and EXEN (Executive Education Network), as well as on radio and television in the USA and South Africa.

Using her strong business background, including positions with General Motors and the University of Michigan's Graduate School of Business, Lenora's wealth of management experience is coupled with a history of volunteer involvement.

Her credentials include the National Speakers Association - board member; Phoenix Women's Commission - chairwoman, 1991-92; Phoenix Urban League- board member, 1987-1991. With a BS from Hampton University, and an MA from The University of Michigan, Lenora is easily able to relate to high school teenagers as well as corporate executives.
