    Jonathan Vehar is a leader in the application of Creativity and Creative Problem Solving in organizations and shares his knowledge as a regular instructor at the Creative Problem Solving Institute and the Innovation Network Convergence. He was also an adjunct professor at the Rochester Institute of Technology. He is the author of many articles, videotapes and training manuals about creative problem solving. Occasionally he can be heard as a contributing commentator on National Public Radio.

    Jonathan was formerly the Director of Training and Consulting for the Creative Education Foundation, and prior to that worked in advertising and marketing for Leo Burnett, Lintas:USA, and Schutte & Company. His educational background includes a Master's Degree in Creativity and Innovation from the State University of New York (SUNY) College. As a speaker and seminar leader, Jonathan has presented creativity programs to thousands of people throughout the US, Canada, and Brazil as well as programs for Korean audiences.

    Jonathan Vehar is a Senior Partner at New & Improved,® LLC, where he works with organizations to develop personal creativity and innovation for teams. Some of the organizations to benefit from his training and facilitation include: Bristol-Myers Squibb, Crayola; Disney; Johnson & Johnson; Macrovision; Pfizer; Wells Fargo and business schools at NYU, U of Rochester (NY) and Georgia Tech. Jonathan was formerly the Director of Training and Consulting for the Creative Education Foundation and has written extensively about creative problem solving. Called an “Innovation Guru” by Investor’s Business Daily, he holds a Master’s Degree in Creativity and Innovation from the State University of New York. Jonathan now lives in Illinois, with his wife Susan Rossetti.
