During the 1990’s, Joe was the most requested and highest rated keynote speakers with the Covey Leadership Center. He has taught principles of leadership effectiveness and organizational performance on four continents. Joe has been featured on programs with a variety of celebrity speakers including Zig Ziglar, Lou Holtz, Catherine Crier, and Denis Waitley.

In the past 25 years, Joe has given over 2,500 presentations to more than 500 different organizations. He earned the coveted Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation with the National Speakers Association in 1992.

Joe's extensive business achievements enhance his professional communication skills. In addition to helping start more than 20 new business ventures, he has been recognized as National Management Coordinator of the Year and Outstanding Young Man in America. As a consultant, he has helped his clients increase revenues and profits by as much as 400 percent in one year.
