Gary's programs and presentations are 100% customized, which is why over 90% of his business is repeat. He has over 20 years' experience in the hospitality business to draw upon for his topics which include sales & negotiation skills, customer service programs, coaching and leadership, time management, and creating seamless organizations. He founded Training for Winners in 1995 and has developed training programs and delivered customized presentations for companies, national and regional associations, and small businesses across the USA and Canada. His executive sales retreats have been featured in "Selling Power" Magazine, and he is a frequent author in national magazines on such topics as sales, communication, and leadership. Gary is a graduate of The School of Hospitality Business at Michigan State University, where he was named one of The School's Distinguished 75th Anniversary alumni. He currently serves on its Alumni Board of Directors. Gary is a repeat speakers for national organizations such as the American Society of Association Executives, Meeting Professionals Intl., and Hospitality Sales & Marketing Ass. Intl. He resides in Northern California.
