With all of his experience, nothing has affected Gale’s perspective on teamwork like his own heart attack nearly 12 years ago. His first-hand tenure as a patient brought an entirely new dimension to his work. From that point forward, Gale began to see business practices through the consumer's eyes, giving him a new understanding of the strategic role of management/employee dynamics.
