In order to STOP living life like an emergency, we have to learn how to live slow. With humorous stories, interactive exercises and take-home practical skills, Diane Sieg will show your audiences how to live slow. An avid outdoors woman, Diane Sieg enjoys hiking, biking, snow-shoeing and skiing. Diane Sieg is a member of the National Speaker's Association, Colorado Speaker's Association and American Association of Lifestyle Counselors.
