Over the past 20 years, David has founded or co-founded nine businesses ranging from distribution to manufacturing to advertising. In 1999, David sold his Syracuse, NY-based firm, Image Promoters, Inc. which he co-founded in 1986, to Proforma Associates, a 400-location franchise. He has been a consultant to various industries including telemarketing, logistics, retailing, hospitality, tourism, manufacturing, and high tech. Working with business owners and corporate upper and mid-level management, David rapidly creates strategies that win in the marketplace. Speaking for over two decades, David has covered topics that include: change management, strategic and tactical planning, technology, leadership, marketing, alliances, new product and service development, innovation, and others. In addition, he's a sought-after business forecaster who predicts the future for industries. He's worked with various organizations and businesses such as Infosys, Harley-Davidson, The Hartford Insurance Company, Johnson and Johnson, and Wipro. David works directly with global leaders and CEO's of fortune 200 companies and conducted seminars with audiences from the likes of GlaxoSmithKline's, Cannon, Nike, Met-Life and Sotheby's. He also teaches two in-depth classes at NYU - one on "New Product and Service Development" and one on "Enterprise Thinking" for executive management and was named "Best Professor" for 2006. David was a keynote speaker at Wharton for an unheard of 5 years in a row and has also has spoken on Strategy at Cornell University. His contributions have lead him to sitting on the Board of Directors of the Veterans Outreach Center, EMA Society/Everson Museum of Art in Syracuse, Board of Governors of the Citizens Foundation, American Society for Training and Development, the Leadership Council for the Syracuse Chamber of Commerce. David's past has been littered with awards including the prestigious honor of The Citizens Foundation Central New York Entrepreneur of the Year. David's accomplishments have appeared in written media around the world, including the Japanese version of Entrepreneur Magazine and the Financial Times. He's also published over 500 articles globally on every issue raised by those in management. His diverse background gives him the ability to deliver content that radically improves the organizations he works with. Born and raised in Middletown, NY, David received a Dual Major with a B.S. in Biology and a B.S. in Psychology at Syracuse University. He has also studied at Fairleigh Dickinson University and Orange County Community College. David graduated as a member of the Alpha Epsilon Delta Pre-Med honor society, and also as a member of the psychology honor society Psi Chi. Upon graduation, he chose a business career rather than entering the medical profession, and received an MBA in Marketing at Syracuse University. A black belt in Tae Kwon Do and certified in SCUBA, David is currently studying for his pilot's license.
