Dana Picore, Ph. Dr. Picore was a proud officer of the Los Angeles Police Department. She was a field training instructor and a police academy trainer. Her doctorate is in Clinical Psychology and she is a licensed therapist in the State of California. Dr. Picore consulted to Gateways Beit T'Shuvah, affiliated to Gateways Hospital and Mental Health Center, for their offender alternative sentencing program.

As a consultant, she is a sought-after threat assessment expert and recognized as an engaging speaker and professional trainer. Dr. Picore assisted in the design of a training program utilized by the City and County of San Francisco and trained numerous employees citywide in the prevention and management of workplace violence. She has taught classes at several California colleges, conducted training for corporations and government agencies, and consulted to the news media.
