    Roger Merrill is a vice-president and co-founder of Covey Leadership Center, now Franklin covey company. He writes, consults, and teaches about leadership and leadership development. Working with many of the worlds most respected organizations, he offers practical insights to enhance personal and organizational leadership.

    Co-author of the international best seller, First Things First, with Stephen R. Covey and Rebecca R. Merrill; Roger is also the author of Connections Quadrant II Time Management, and was a contributing author to Principle Centered Leadership. He has been featured in many radio and television appearances such as the Today Show and World News Tonight.
