"Innovation 101 - The Basics of Creativity"
This presentation describes the fundamentals of the creative process, what helps it and what hurts it. We discuss the four pitfalls to innovation and how to avoid them. Specific tools are presented which help participants think "out-of-the-box," and specific examples are given to real problems. If there is sufficient time (1-1.5 hours), participants practice one or more tools.

"Your Creativity Style and Its Implication for Your Work and Life"
Creativity comes in flavors like ice cream. You will learn that everyone is creative, but the flavor of people's creativity (creative style) is different. Your creativity style determines what jobs you prefer. This presentation brings a breakthrough level of self-awareness so that you see clearly your own personal preferences for work and for life, and you will learn the principles of partnering with someone whose style is different from your own to enhance job performance. The message that every style brings high value is driven home with examples so that everyone leaves with the knowledge that they bring a valuable style of problem-solving to the organization. This presentation requires that participants first complete a short 33-item questionnaire which is scored well before the presentation, and individual feedback is presented during the presentation.

"Innovation Leadership - "Lead It or Lose It"
Expecting innovation to run itself is like expecting a ship to reach its destination without its rudder. In this presentation participants will learn the four crucial tasks that leaders of innovation must use when developing leadership plans.

"Solving Impossible Problems by Thinking 'Out-Of-The-Box'"
This presentation includes the message contained in Presentation 1, but also adds a process which harnesses creative thinking to problem-solving. Solutions which emerge are new, useful, and unexpected, delighting your customers and confounding your competition.

"Self Sustaining Innovation in Your Organization"
This presentation explores ways you can make Innovation self-sustaining in your organization. It describes the three arenas of activity that characterize innovative organizations and uses them as a framework for creating self-sustaining Innovation. The importance of values expressed in behavior will be addressed. It presents a clear model for guiding decisions about what tangible organizational systems you can put in place to continually support behavior that leads to more innovative outcomes. You will be better equipped to create an organization that is self-sustaining in Innovation.
