How fortunate we are to have you as a friend, a resource and catalyst. And how well you combined all three of those roles in your recent visit to Columbus. From large groups in conference rooms to small groups in intimate settings, you give us a framework of experience to guide our efforts and to encourage our initiatives in creating healthy communities. The ability to challenge without intimidating; educate without preaching; empower without antagonizing are wonderful gifts for any facilitator to master and you are a master facilitator.
